R&B singer Omarion has issued a press release confirming that he is bisexual. It makes sense that Omarion would come out with his side of the story after all of the bashing he’s been receiving from former bandmate, Raz-B. Here is what Omarion had to say:
“I pride myself in being an honest, God Fearing, respectful man. I have kept my personal life private and wanted to keep it that way. Unfortunately, other’s are interested in profiting from my anguish; so before they can do that, i will clarify things. I am not at all what certain ex-band members are trying to paint me as, I am however a respectable, mature, proud, bisexual man.”

After investigation it has been revealed that the above press release, released on Jan. 8th, is completely UNTRUE, and was not released from Omarion’s camp. Yesterday Omarion, who’s away in Japan, took to his Twitter page to speak on the rumors:
Not too long afterwards, an OFFICIAL statement was release from Omarion’s PR team clearing up the issue once and for all. Read their response below:
The previously released statement regarding Omarion is false and was generated for negative publicity by an unknown person. Omarion will not contribute to anything negative said or done against him. Omarion respects all of his fans, no matter religion, sexuality, or race.
The Purple Agency (TPA) is his agency of record. No statement should be cited, confirmed or released on behalf of Omarion unless it comes from TPA. Please note Omarion is away in Japan working and is totally unaware of the previous statement/press release.

Although the rumor is cleared up, one thing is for sure: someone really has it out for Omarion and the truth behind his sexual preference. This is not the first time the R&B singer had to address rumors regarding his sexuality.
